You can purchase Products by choosing them and placing an order through our Website. The Website encompasses all web pages under or forming part of the domain name www.shfurniture.com.au. When you place an order for Product(s) through the Website, you are consenting to the terms and conditions outlined below ("E-Commerce Terms") in conjunction with the Terms of Use that apply to the Website.
Placing an order:
When you place an order for a Product via the Website, you are making an offer to acquire that specific Product at the price displayed on the Website at the time of your order. All orders are contingent upon the confirmation of both the availability and the price of each Product. Should we amend or fail to verify the availability or pricing of a Product, you retain the right to cancel your order for that Product.
You have the option to either pick up the Product(s) you order or have them delivered to a specified address. Please note that a fee may be applicable.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Pricing:
All prices for products include GST. You are responsible for paying all taxes, including GST, related to this agreement.
Delivery charges will apply to orders that are sent to you. The fee associated with the delivery of your order is determined by the specific Product(s) you select, your geographical location, and the overall size of your order.
The 'Total' section will clearly display all charges related to an order before the order is placed during the checkout process.
Payment and Payment methods:
At the moment, we are able to receive payment through:
- a. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer for orders placed in store; and
- b. Visa, MasterCard for orders placed online.
You give us permission to withdraw the amount due for a confirmed order from your chosen payment method.
It is prohibited to make any payments, or to attempt to make payments, for a Product through fraudulent or illegal methods.
The payment method you have chosen may activate fraud prevention protocols. Should this happen, we may get in touch with you to validate additional details, or we could decide to cancel the transaction.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage experienced or incurred by you, whether directly or indirectly, in cases where a credit card is utilized fraudulently or without authorization.
Our goal is to handle online payments promptly. Normally, payments are processed within five business days.
Acceptance or Rejection of an order:
Upon placing an online order for Product(s), you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order, which will include the details of your purchase (referred to as the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). Your order, or any portion of it, may be rejected by us without incurring any liability to you for such rejection if:

- We hold the view that undertaking such actions is essential or advantageous in other respects.

Every purchase made on the Website for Product(s) that we approve establishes an individual contractual agreement between you and us for the supply of those Product(s)

Cancelling an order:
We reserve the right to cancel all or a portion of an order (including any accepted orders) at any time without incurring any liability to you if:
You have the option to cancel an order, regardless of whether it has been accepted by us, by reaching out to our store during the business hours before the order is dispatched
In the event of an order being canceled, we will initiate a refund of your payment. If the order cannot be intercepted for shipment upon cancellation, you must either reject delivery or return the Product(s) to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds arising from the cancellation of an order will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy, which is referenced within these E-Commerce Terms
Risk and title:
Ownership and liability for a Product transfer to you upon delivery or collection of the Product, depending on the circumstances.
Delivery of Products:
The Product(s) ordered through the Website will be delivered by us:
Full payment must be made prior to the delivery of the Product(s) that have been ordered.
We try to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. Normally, products in stocks will be delivered in 1 - 5 days, out-of-stocks products can be delivered in about 6 - 14 days
We will reach out to you to verify that your order is prepared and to arrange the delivery. You consent to:
The individual receiving your order must provide us with a copy of the sales order and the person's identification (with a photo). If the cardholder, buyer, or authorized individual is not available at the specified delivery address to accept the order, or if you are unable to provide identification for our verification process, we will not proceed with the delivery of the product(s). If the recipient is not the cardholder or buyer, please get in touch with us before the delivery to authorize us to leave the items with another person.
In the event that we cannot deliver the Product(s) you have purchased, we will make every effort to reach out to you or you can reach out to us to reschedule the delivery. A supplementary delivery fee may be applied for any subsequent delivery attempts.
In instances where delivery has been verified with the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply if no individual is present at the designated delivery address at the confirmed time. Additionally, if the customer cancels the delivery on the scheduled day or if a re-delivery is necessary due to the inability to provide identification or the lack of pre-authorization for an alternate recipient to accept the delivery on the customer's behalf, such charges will be incurred.
Collection of Products:
You may collect Product(s) from our store.
Full payment must be made prior to collecting your Product(s).
All collection estimates are approximate and are subject to our confirmation. Certain orders may need extra processing for security reasons, which could result in a delay beyond the estimated timeframe.
We will reach out to you to verify that your order is prepared for pickup.
You agree to adhere to the collection requirements outlined below and any additional requirements that may be indicated during the ordering process on the Website.
It is necessary for the individual collecting your order to present a copy of the sales order along with proof of their identity, which must include a form of photographic identification. If the cardholder, purchaser, or an authorized individual is not available at the time of collection, or if you are unable to provide identification for our verification process, we will be unable to release the Product(s) you have ordered. In such cases, we will allow you to return to the store with the appropriate identification. Should the person collecting the order not be the cardholder or purchaser, it is essential to contact us in advance to authorize the release of the goods to an alternate individual.
Your Product(s) will be held for 7 days after we notify you that your order is ready for collection. If you do not collect the order within 7 days of notification, we may cancel your order.
Damaged Products and returns:
You must inspect the Product(s) on delivery or collection
If a Product arrives damaged during delivery or collection, it is important to refuse acceptance of the Product and inform us. In the event that you discover damage to a Product after delivery or collection, please notify us within 48 hours. If this is the case, you are eligible to return the Product to us following our Return Policy.
In case you want to return a non-damaged Product that was given to you based on these E-Commerce Terms, you are allowed to return the Product following our Returns Policy available at this link.
The delivery fee will not be refunded if the Product has already been delivered to you, unless you are returning the Product due to damage.
Refunds:
We will make every effort to promptly process your refund in situations where we need to reimburse your payment (such as order rejection or cancellation, or for any other valid reason).
We will issue refunds to you through the payment method you originally used.
The duration required for you to obtain a refund is contingent upon the speed at which your financial institution processes the transaction.
